4. Social media permissions
When you connect your social media accounts to Blowva, we request only the permissions we need to provide our service:
- Instagram — We request permission to read your profile, view your media, and publish content on your behalf through the Instagram Graph API
- Facebook — We request permission to manage your pages and publish content through the Facebook Graph API
- TikTok — We request permission to upload and publish videos to your TikTok account through the TikTok Content Posting API
You can revoke these permissions at any time from your social media account settings or from your Blowva account settings page.
5. How we store your data
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your videos are stored temporarily for processing and publishing, then deleted from our servers within 30 days unless you choose to keep them in your Blowva library.
Our servers are located in the European Union (Ireland). By using Blowva, you consent to your data being processed in this location.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We only share your data with:
- Social media platforms — When you instruct us to publish content on your behalf
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — Your video descriptions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate captions. Anthropic does not store or use this data to train their models
- Service providers — Companies that help us operate our platform (hosting, analytics) under strict data protection agreements
- Legal requirements — If required by law or to protect our rights
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access all personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Disconnect your social media accounts at any time
