1. About Blowva
Blowva ("we", "us", "our", "the platform") is an AI-powered social media growth tool that helps content creators automatically generate captions, hashtags, and publish videos across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Our service is available at blowva.com.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Blowva. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
When you create a Blowva account, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that happens under your account
- Providing accurate and truthful information when registering
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
You may only create one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits is not permitted and may result in all accounts being suspended.
3. Connecting social media accounts
Blowva allows you to connect your TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. When you connect these accounts:
- You authorise Blowva to publish content on your behalf according to your instructions
- You confirm that you own or have the legal right to use the social media accounts you connect
- You understand that Blowva will only post content when you explicitly instruct it to
- You can disconnect your social accounts at any time from your account settings
4. Content you upload
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Blowva. By uploading content, you grant Blowva a limited licence to:
- Process your videos to generate AI captions and hashtags
- Store your content temporarily for the purpose of publishing it
- Publish your content to your connected social media accounts on your instruction
You must not upload content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations in Nigeria or your country
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains hate speech, violence, nudity, or illegal material
- Harasses, threatens, or harms any individual or group
- Contains spam, misleading information, or fraudulent content
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.
5. AI-generated content
Blowva uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate captions and hashtags. You understand that:
- AI-generated captions are suggestions — you should review them before publishing
- Blowva does not guarantee that AI-generated content will go viral or achieve specific results
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published
- AI suggestions may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate content — always review before use
6. Subscription and payments
Blowva offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Blowva to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse our platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code or AI models
- Impersonate other creators, brands, or public figures
- Use Blowva to spread misinformation or disinformation
- Violate any applicable Nigerian, African, or international laws
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep Blowva running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime.
We also depend on third-party APIs from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Anthropic. If these services change their APIs or restrict access, some Blowva features may be temporarily unavailable.
9. Limitation of liability
Blowva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any loss of followers, engagement, or revenue on your social media accounts
- Content published through our platform that violates platform policies
- Data loss due to technical failures
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Blowva
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account:
- Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
- Your connected social accounts will be automatically disconnected
- Any active subscription will be cancelled
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Blowva after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
